I had the most amazing experience with J Lewis, and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. After having a terrible experience with my original engagement ring (purchased elsewhere), we had to return it and was on a quest to find a great local jeweler. My fiance and I went into J Lewis and were astonished at how much time Kelsie spent with us trying on different styles and giving us a thorough explanation of what to look for in a diamond. We decided to have a custom ring made, and throughout the process, Kelsie was always great at communicating with me regarding the status of the ring, and when I asked for some changes to be made she didn't hesitate at all to ensure the ring looked exactly as I wanted. The ring itself turned out absolutely amazing!!!
