Christmas 2009 my husband purchased a new princess cut diamond after 27 years, I was thrilled to have such a beautiful stone. He had the diamond set in a solitaire with the intention that we would find the perfect setting together. After searching almost two years, going to several branches of the same jeweler, we decided to eat the original cost of the solitaire which would be reimbursed once set and look elsewhere. To our surprise we found exactly what we were looking for at J. Lewis. The customer service was wonderful. We had a few adjustments which needed to be tweaked a couple of times. The changes were made happily and never did I feel that I was being too picky. Everyone I worked with wanted to make sure I was happy, even after the sale. I felt Jill and her staff truly wanted everything to be just right.
